How to buy açaí wholesale from us
1. Ask for a quote. Tell us the format (tub or mix), your weekly or monthly volume and your ZIP code. We answer within 1 business day with price, freight and the minimum for your lane.
2. Check the documents before you order. Technical data sheet, a recent batch COA, the allergen statement and the letter of guarantee are available up front — your franchisor, landlord or QA team gets them before the first pallet moves.
3. Try the product. Samples can be requested on the contact form; the shelf-stable mix ships by parcel because it needs no cold chain.
4. Release the order. Frozen sorbet is released by the full or half pallet, delivered on refrigerated freight or picked up at the warehouse. The mix ships by the case as ordinary dry freight.
Delivery area and territory
Vibe Açaí has one exclusive distributor: Southwest Traders, for the state of California. Outside California we do not grant exclusive or protected territories — we supply distributors, chains and açaí shops directly across the contiguous United States.
California operators and distributors who want Vibe Açaí are supplied through Southwest Traders. Everywhere else in the lower 48 we quote directly, and a distributor carrying the line does not lock other buyers out of the market.
Why the price is a quote, not a list
Frozen açaí is priced by the pallet and the lane: a half pallet to Florida and a full pallet to Washington State carry very different freight, and freight is a large part of the landed cost of a frozen product. A quote lets us give you the delivered number for your address instead of a list price that hides the freight. For reference, operators buying the leading brands through online foodservice marketplaces typically pay US$ 100–126 per 3-gallon tub before frozen shipping.
Our pricing comes from the structure, not from a promotion: the group grows the fruit on its own farm in Pará (planted since 2004), makes the sorbet and the mix in its own FSSC 22000-certified factory in Brazil and imports under its own FSVP program — no importer, broker or trading company margin inside the chain.

Is your açaí shelf-stable?
The soft serve mix is: sealed pouches store at room temperature for 18 months. The açaí sorbet in 3-gallon and 1-gallon tubs is a frozen product and must be kept at −18 °C.
Is the product certified organic or Kosher?
No. The soft serve mix is made with organic açaí, but the finished products carry no organic or Kosher certification. If your program requires either seal, tell us upfront.
