Vibe Açaí
For Distributors

Açaí distributor program — buy from the manufacturer, not another middleman.

If you distribute frozen desserts, dairy, specialty or foodservice broadline, this is the page written for you rather than for the shop at the end of the route.

Quick answer: Vibe Açaí America LLC is the US arm of the group that grows the açaí, makes the sorbet in its own FSSC 22000-certified plant and imports it under its own FSVP program — so distributors buy at manufacturer level with no importer or broker margin in between. We supply frozen açaí sorbet in 3-gallon (11.3 L) and 1-gallon tubs by the pallet or half pallet from US cold storage, and shelf-stable açaí soft serve mix in 1 kg pouches, 20 per case, shipped dry and ambient from Orlando, Florida. Pickup (EXW) or delivered freight, full documentation per lot, private label for volume programs, and territory discussed case by case. What you are actually buying from

Vibe Açaí is not a reseller brand: the same group grows the açaí on the largest private açaí farm in Brazil (Açaí Amazonas, Pará — planted since 2004), freezes and processes it in its own FSSC 22000-certified, FDA-registered plant, and imports and distributes it in the US through Vibe Acai America LLC under a documented FSVP program. One owner from seed to pallet — no trading companies, no white-label factories, no middleman margin. That vertical structure is why the wholesale price is competitive without touching quality.

For a distributor the practical consequence is margin structure: the brands on your list today are, with few exceptions, marketing companies that buy finished product from third-party plants in Brazil. Each of those layers is priced into your cost. Buying from the plant removes them.

How the program works

1. QuoteTell us your region, the format you want and your expected monthly volume. We come back with pallet pricing EXW and delivered, usually within one business day.
2. SamplesFrozen samples ship from US cold storage; the soft serve mix goes by parcel from Orlando, which makes sampling cheap and fast.
3. Vendor setupW-9, credit application and your standard vendor packet. We supply the documentation set your QA team will ask for before you list the item.
4. First orderFrozen by the pallet or half pallet; mix by the case. Release from the warehouse on your pickup, or delivered on our freight.
5. SupportSpec sheets, batch COAs and the prep video for your sales team, plus lead qualification: when an operator in your territory contacts us, the lead goes to you.

Two formats means two kinds of account

Most açaí suppliers give you one product and one type of customer. Carrying both formats widens the base you can sell into with a single vendor setup:

The frozen 3-gallon tub serves dedicated açaí bowl shops and high-volume operators with freezer capacity. The shelf-stable soft serve mix opens the accounts you normally cannot serve with a frozen item — cafés, kiosks, bakeries, hotels and multi-menu restaurants without freezer space, and any account on a dry route. Same açaí, same plant, so the flavor is consistent across both.

Demand generation, not just supply

We run outbound prospecting on our own side — mapping açaí bowl shops, juice bars, cafés and small chains in a market, running the outreach and the sampling. Accounts that raise their hand in a distributor's territory are handed over as warm leads, with that distributor's rep named. We build demand; you close and deliver it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I become an açaí distributor in the US?

Contact us with your region, the formats you want and your expected monthly volume. We quote pallet pricing EXW and delivered, send samples, and run standard vendor setup (W-9, credit application, your vendor packet). Frozen sorbet ships by the pallet or half pallet from US cold storage; the shelf-stable mix ships by the case from Orlando.

What is the minimum order for a distributor?

Frozen açaí sorbet is released by the full pallet or the half pallet from US cold storage — the half pallet exists precisely so a new partner can test the line without committing to a full pallet. The shelf-stable soft serve mix sells by the case of 20 × 1 kg pouches.

Do you sell direct to operators in my territory?

Our model is distribution. Where a distributor is active we route operator enquiries from that territory to them rather than selling around them — that is the whole point of the demand-generation work we do.

Do you offer exclusivity?

Territory is discussed case by case and depends on volume commitment and coverage. We have granted regional exclusivity before; it is a conversation, not a form.

Can I private label the product?

Yes, for volume programs. We manufacture in our own plant, so the formula, the pack and the artwork can be adapted — something a brand buying from a third-party factory cannot offer.

What documentation do you provide for vendor onboarding?

Technical data sheet, batch certificate of analysis, allergen statement, letter of guarantee and Non-GMO statement, plus our FSVP import documentation and FSSC 22000 certificate on request. FDA-registered facility.

What is the shelf life and how should it be stored?

Frozen sorbet: 18 months at -18 °C (0 °F) or colder; do not refreeze after thawing. Soft serve mix: 18 months ambient, stored cool and dry, with no refrigeration required before mixing.

Are the products organic or Kosher certified?

No. The finished sorbet does not carry organic or Kosher certification — the soft serve mix is made with organic açaí but the finished product is not certified. If your customer programs require a certified seal, tell us at the quote stage rather than after listing.
