What is inside both tubs

The same recipe: filtered water, açaí purée (pasteurized), cane sugar, glucose, guaraná extract, xanthan gum, guar gum, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, fruit and vegetable juice (for color) and citric acid. Gluten-free, none of the 9 FDA major allergens in the formulation, no artificial colors and real guaraná extract rather than syrup. pH 3.90–3.95, °Brix 20–23. Full specification on the Açaí Original sorbet page.

Which tub to choose

The 3-gallon açaí tub is the foodservice standard: fewer tubs to open per day, less packaging per serving, and the format distributors stock by the pallet. The 1-gallon tub suits menus where açaí is one item among many, scoop cabinets with smaller wells, or a first order to test the product. Many operators keep both. If you have no freezer space at all, neither tub is the answer — look at the shelf-stable soft serve mix instead.

How the tubs are stored and shipped

Gallon tubs are a frozen product. They are held in US cold storage, released by the full pallet or half pallet and delivered on refrigerated freight to the contiguous United States, or picked up at the warehouse on your own freight. In California, Vibe Açaí is distributed exclusively by Southwest Traders. Every lot ships with the technical data sheet, batch COA and allergen statement.
