The açaí in every Vibe tub is grown by Açaí Amazonas in Pará, Brazil — home to the largest private açaí farm in Brazil and, by its own record, one of the world's largest and most technological açaí producers. Established in the region since 2004, the group cultivates, harvests and processes its own fruit in a vertically integrated chain, with certified pulp origin traceability and a Proven Origin guarantee printed on the pack.

The pulp is processed within hours of harvest using flash freezing and aseptic technology — preserving nutrition and antioxidant (ORAC) value — and goes into sorbet production at the group's own FSSC 22000-certified plant, in a recipe made specifically for the US market: higher pulp concentration, less sugar, real guaraná extract and only natural colors.

Vibe Açaí America is the manufacturer's own US distribution arm. We import, hold frozen inventory in warehouses across the country, and supply distributors, chains and operators by the pallet at manufacturer pricing — the vertical integration is exactly why the numbers work for our partners.
